cookoutmennu.us/ is a reference site. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for, so the data picture is short. Here it is in full.

Comments and Ratings

When you rate an item or post a comment, that goes into a database hosted by Supabase. A comment stores the text you wrote, the name you chose to give (or “Guest” if you gave none), which page it belongs to, and the time it was posted. A rating stores only which item it is for and how many stars you gave.

No email address, no account, and no IP address is attached to either. Want a comment removed? Email info@cookoutmennu.us with enough detail to find it.

Advertising

This site carries Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

Security Check

Comment and contact forms show a Cloudflare Turnstile widget to make automated spam harder. It never asks who you are, and posting works whether or not it completes.

What Your Browser Stores

A few things live in your own browser’s local storage and never reach us: which items you’ve rated, your saved meal plan, and a timestamp of your last comment. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

Hosting and Traffic Data

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs for security and performance. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Your Rights

You can ask to see or delete anything held about you, such as a comment, by emailing info@cookoutmennu.us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
